YapTask Pro is $7.99 per month in the United States, billed by Apple. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week free trial.

YapTask has not launched yet. Join the waitlist on the home page for early access. When the app ships, the App Store purchase sheet shows the price and trial for your storefront and is the authoritative figure — prices outside the United States may differ.

What the subscription includes

  • Voice and text capture of tasks in natural language.
  • AI organization of requests into lists, tasks, and subtasks.
  • Task breakdown into subtasks on request.
  • Hands-free updates: complete, rename, reschedule, and reorder by voice.
  • Immediate undo and redo of assistant changes.
  • Realtime sync of your lists across your devices.

Plans

  • YapTask Pro — $7.99/month (US). Auto-renewable monthly subscription covering the task-list and assistant features above.
  • Free trial — one week. Offered to eligible new subscribers. It converts to the paid monthly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

There is no free tier, no annual plan, and no team or enterprise plan today.

What is not included

  • No free tier. The app needs a subscription once any trial ends.
  • No annual or lifetime plan. Monthly only.
  • No team, shared, or enterprise plan. YapTask is a personal task list, and the Terms limit it to personal use.
  • No public API, SDK, or MCP server. There is nothing to integrate against programmatically today.
  • No Android or web app. Both are planned; neither is shipping.

What you need

  • An iPhone running a current version of iOS.
  • An Apple ID, for Sign in with Apple and for the subscription itself.
  • A network connection. Transcription and assistant interpretation run server-side, so YapTask does not work offline.
  • Optional: microphone permission for voice input, and AI-processing permission. Both stay off until you grant them, and you can type instead of speaking.

Regional pricing

$7.99 per month is the United States price. Apple sets equivalent tiers per storefront, so the amount in your local currency may differ and is not a straight currency conversion. The App Store purchase sheet shows your storefront's exact price and trial before you confirm, and that figure is the authoritative one.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

  • Apple charges your Apple ID after you confirm the purchase; YapTask never handles your payment details.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel from YapTask Settings or your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Deleting the app or your YapTask account does not cancel the Apple subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple, not by YapTask.
